Junges Führungskolleg

The "Junges Führungskolleg" is an inspiring program for young leaders from business, government and civil society. The aim is to strengthen responsible leaders and actively shape socio-ecological change. The program offers a unique combination of distance from day-to-day business, in-depth exchange and new impulses at a special location. The training at the Young Leadership College covers topics such as self-leadership, leadership of people, organizational leadership and environmental orientation. Experts from various fields accompany the participants on their journey. The "Junges Führungskolleg" offers a unique opportunity to develop one's own leadership skills and at the same time to think about the socio-ecological transformation. More information can be found on the official website of the "Junges Führungskolleg".
